Vaccine clinics listed below will be a combination of Pfizer and Moderna walk-in and booked appointments.

Remember, walk-in spots are always available on clinic days at Brandon and Dauphin supersite locations.

If you are attending any of the PMH Vaccine Clinics, please be advised that our clinics will ONLY give the 3rd dose if you have received a vaccine not approved by Health Canada, likely overseas in another country.

AstraZeneca is approved by Health Canada.

First dose eligibility:

Pfizer vaccine 1st dose eligibility is anyone born on or before December 31, 2009

Moderna vaccine 1st dose eligibility is 18 years and older

 

Second-dose eligibility:

At least 28 days after your 1st shot

 

Anyone who received a first dose of AstraZeneca can receive a second dose of Moderna or Pfizer.

It is recommended to wait at least 8 weeks after receiving a 1st dose of AstraZeneca/COVIDSHIELD before receiving a 2nd dose of any vaccine.

Consent forms are required for both doses.

Please bring forms to appointments.
