Arrest Warrant

On April 8th at 1:50 pm a male approached police while they were dealing with an unrelated matter at the Keystone Center. The male thought he may have had a warrant. Officers confirmed an outstanding warrant for failing to attend court. The 33-year-old male was arrested and released for court on May 6th, 2024.

Breach of Undertaking

On April 8th at 2:45 pm Police were called to a disturbance at a residence in the 1000 block of 10th street. A 42-year-old male reported a 21-year-old female was trying to break into his home. The female was on a court order not to attend his residence or have any contact with him. The female was arrested and held for court on April 9th, 2024.

Robbery

On April 8th at 6:19 pm a male called 911 to report he was just punched in the face and had his backpack stolen while walking in the 1000 block of Rosser Avenue. The victim followed the suspect from a distance and alerted police to his whereabouts. A 30-year-old male was arrested. He also had two outstanding warrants for failing to abide by his probation. He was held for court on April 9th, 2024.

Public Mischief

On April 9th at 02:19 am Police conducted a traffic stop in the 300 block of 16th street. A 21-year-old male was arrested as he provided a false name, once his true identify was confirmed he was found to have an outstanding warrant for failing to comply with his release order. He was held for court on April 9th, 2024.

Breach of Peace

On April 9th at 03:20 am Police were called to a disturbance at a residence in the 200 block of 15th street. A male and female had been arguing and the male stabbed himself in the leg. A 22-year-old male and a 30-year-old female were grossly intoxicated and lodged for breach of peace. No serious injuries were reported. The pair will be released in the morning.
