that is provided in many African refugee camp.  This past Friday, I had a chance to experience that kind of a meal, which was prepared by Marianne Penner who was assisted by her husband Harold of the Cdn Food Grains Bank.  The day included an opportunity to find out more about the work of the Food Grains Bank, which incidentally had it's start some 25 or so years ago.  One of the original Board Members was also at the lunch, and Art DeFehr told me later about the reasoning behind the organization

The Canadian government matching program will end this week Friday, and if you are considering making a donation to the Famine in East Africa, you can find out more at foodgrainsbank.ca
