The 2012 Lieutenant Governor's Winter Festival in Brandon proved to be another huge success.
This year was the festival's 9th year of operations. Chair Esther Bryan says they featured 13 pavilions across the city.
From all accounts the new and returning pavilions were pleased to the point of being over run with visitors.
The Winter Festival showcases the cultural diversity of the Westman region through song, dance, food and drink.
Lieutenant Governor Phillip Lee attended the festival again this year. He calls it a must attend event on his yearly calendar.
