The Westman Science Fair in Brandon drew lots of entries.

428 students from 24 schools set up their displays Tuesday at the Keystone Center.

A former winner was back to judge. Erin Wanner says the science fair is a great program for the students.

Pat Bowslaugh is part of the organizing committee. She says there's an interesting trend taking place at the science fair.

A total of 317 projects were at this year's fair.

Best of fair went to Victoria Goernart of Vincent Massey High School.
Runners up were Charlee McLaughlin-Ventnor of Crocus Plains and Rashmini Shunmugam of Ecole Harrison.
The winners are now off to Canada Wide Science Fair in Toronto in mid May.
