A Manitoba delegation of 100 was loud and proud, as 28 high school, college, and young apprentices took to the podium claiming 13 gold, 5 silver and 6 bronze medals at the Olympic-style Skills Canada National Competition held in Quebec City, Quebec on June 1 - 4, 2011.
