Break and Enter’s

On April 29th at 09:27 am a resident in the 900 block of Victoria Avenue East report sometime overnight suspects entered his garage and stole a children’s battery powered excavator and a 6-volt trike, both valued at $410. This matter is still under investigation.

On April 29th at 10:51 am Police were advised a male had kicked open the door to a residence in the 2200 block of Rosser Avenue. The accused walked through the building and then left without taking anything, this matter is still under investigation.

On April 29th at 7:44 pm a residence in the 100 block of 14th street reported their back door was forced open. The incident had occurred while they were away from their home for an hour. There does not appear to be anything missing.

Arrest Warrant

On April 29th at 10:52 am a 39-year-old male attended to Brandon Police Service to turn himself in as he was aware he had an outstanding warrant for breaching his release order. He was arrested and held for court on April 30th, 2024.

Breach of Release Orders

On April 29th at 2:03pm Police received a call of a disturbance at a residence in the 200 block of 18th street. An intoxicated 29-year-old male was arrested as he was on a release order not to communicate with a female at the residence and not to consume alcohol. He was held for court of April 30th, 2024.

On April 29th at 10:39pm Police received a suspicious person call in the 2200 block of Currie Blvd. A 25-year-old male was arrested as he was on a release order to abide by a curfew. The accused was released for court on July 4th, 2024.
