Fail to Comply with Release Orders

On May 7th at 09:29 am Police received call of a disturbance at a residence in the 100 block of 14th street. A 33-year-old male was arrested as he was found to be the cause of the issues. He was on a court order not to attend to the address or communicate with two of the residents of the home. He was held for court on May 8th, 2024.

On May 7th Police arrested a 27-year-old male for breaching his release order. He was not to attend or communicate with a resident in the 200 block of 13th street, but he continued to attend to the address in attempts to make contact. The accused was held for court on May 8th, 2024.

On May 7th at 11:30 pm Police arrested a 38-year-old female outside of a business in the 000 block of 10th street for failing to comply with her release order by being out past her curfew. She was released for court on July 15th, 2024

On May 8th at 00:12 am Police conducted a pedestrian check of a male at the corner of Rosser Avenue East and Fotheringham Drive. He was arrested as he was out past his court ordered curfew. He was held for court on May 8th, 2024.

Arrest Warrants

On May 7th Police attended to a residence in the 1200 block of 10th street as they were aware a male living there had an outstanding warrant for uttering threats. A 34-year-old male was arrested and held for court on May 8th, 2024.

On May 8th at 04:08 am Police conducted a pedestrian check in the 000 block 9th street. A 38-year-old female was arrested as she had two outstanding warrants for assault with a weapon, failing to attend court and mischief. She was held for court on May 8th, 2024.
