Breach of Peace

On March 21st at 09:27 am Police were called to the 900 block of Victoria Avenue for a male that was running into traffic trying to fight people. A highly agitated 25-year-old male was arrested and will be released in the morning.

On March 21st at 12:24 pm Police arrested a 63-year-old male who called 911 six times within an hour. The male was found to be intoxicated by drugs and displaying extremely paranoid behavior. He will be released in the morning.

 

Arrest Warrant

On March 21 at 4:00 pm a male turned himself into Brandon Police as he was aware he had an outstanding warrant for Fraud Under $5000. A 45-year-old male was arrested and released for court on April 4th, 2024.

 

Uttering Threats

On March 21 at 9:35 pm police were called to a business in the 900 block of 18th street north. An employee reported an intoxicated female threatened her with a knife. No knife was produced. A 38-year-old intoxicated female was arrested, she also had an outstanding warrant for failing to comply with her probation. Police did not locate a knife. The accused will be released in the morning for court on April 25th, 2024.

 

Impaired Driver

On March 22nd at 03:08 am police conducted a traffic stop in the 1700 block of Highland Avenue. The license plates on the vehicle did not match the vehicle. Police arrested the 35-year-old male driver as he smelled of alcohol and was also a suspended driver. The accused provided samples of his breath which were just over the legal limit. He was later released for court on March 28th, 2024.
