A Brandon man has been charged after some stun guns were intercepted at the border.

As a result of an ongoing investigation where a package of “stun guns” was intercepted by the Canada Border Services Agency, Brandon Police Services members with CBSA investigators arrested a 51-year-old Brandon man for Possession of Prohibited Weapons.

Twelve “stun gun” devices were seized, six of which resemble I phones. The man was arrested for Possession of a Prohibited Weapon and released

The suspect will appear in Court in June.
