The MCC Thrift Shop in Brandon had a good year in 2015.

Manager Shelly Burrows says they had lots of customers and strong support with lots of donations.

Burrows adds they've made some changes in the way they operate.

Burrows says their customer base is up quite a bit.

She says while that is nice, it makes her question why more people are shopping thrift and what that says about the local economy.
