Spruce Woods MLA Cliff Cullen hopes to see a different tone in the Manitoba Legislative Assembly as a new Session begins Monday afternoon.

Cullen, who is Minister of growth, Enterprise and Trade would like to see more respect from members of all parties.

"It will be different being on the government side and having such a huge majority. But we plan to get right down to work to keep election promises and making Manitoba a better place to live.”

Cullen said we can expect some new initiatives in the Throne Speech while some other election commitments will happen over the longer period of time.

Cullen added after being in Opposition for so many years, it has been a change preparing for this Session of the Legislature.

“We are excited about the Throne Speech. We will be reinforcing our election priorities and how we plan to move forward as a government.”
