A 23 year old man from Weyburn, Saskatchewan has been arrested for Impaired Driving Causing Death following a fatal accident early Friday morning east of Pipestone.

According to RCMP, the single vehicle rollover happened around 3:50 a.m. on Highway 2 when the westbound truck lost control and rolled into the ditch.

Three other men ranging in age from 27 to 39, also from Weyburn, Sask., were riding in the vehicle as well. the 39-year-old was pronounced deceased at the scene and the other two passengers suffered minor injuries.

The driver remains in police custody.

Virden RCMP along with a forensic collision re-constructionist continue to investigate.
