Farmers across southwestern Manitoba are keeping a close watch on the weather.

 

Seeding is complete and producers say there is enough moisture and what is needed is some sunshine and warm weather. It appears they are going to get their wish.

 

Following Saturday the forecast is calling for mainly sunny skies and daytime highs of 26 to 30 degrees.

 

Barry Reimer farms near Killarney and he says his crops are starting to look good even after some frost issues.

 

 

Reimer has noticed a big change in his crops just over the past few days.
