The Pallister government of Manitoba's announced its third budget. Agassiz MLA and Minister of Indigenous and Northern Relations Eileen Clarke shares how it will affect all Manitobans as well as her constituency.

"When they talk about the expenditures in education, we were really proud to announce a large addition to the Neepawa Collegiate in the past year," explains Clarke. "There's been funding for some of our health centres, and our care homes for upgrades and repairs that are necessary."

Clarke says she's really happy at taking a balanced approach at building new and also taking care of what's already there. She adds it's shed a lot of hope on our province.
