The Zone 9 champion Killarney Raiders finished in fourth place at the Provincial High School Golf Championship Friday at the Winkler golf course.

Kyle Peters and Cody Shackel were both 10-over par 81. Brett Turner was 90 and Reid Opperman was 102.

The Raiders had a 252 total.

The boys championship banner went to the Miles Macdonnell Buckeyes.

Ryan McMillan, Cameron McIntyre, Brock Namaka and Brett Walter finished with a 237 total. That was five shots better than Evan Grierson, Anthony Leicht, Neel Soni and Evan Ruta of St. John's Ravenscourt. McMillan had the low round of the day with a one-over par 72. Zach Wytinck of Glenboro was 75.

The girls title went to the Vincent Massey Vikings of Brandon.

Tianna Slate, Hayley Shanks, Brynee Pachinski and Hailey Curtis finished with a 267 total which was 64 shots ahead of Kate Gregoire, Morgan Steele and Lexi Cheveldayoff of St. Mary's Academy.

The low Viking was Slate with an 87, Shanks was 89, Pachinski was 91 and Curtis was 128.

Bobby Uhl of Erickson had the low round with a five-over par 76.
