Jake A. Schmidt, 89, of Altona passed away Friday, January 13th at Altona Memorial Health Centre. He is survived by his wife Susanna, 4 daughters, 2 sons, 2 sisters, 2 brothers, and their families.
Cremation has taken place.
The celebration of life service for Jake A. Schmidt will be held Saturday, January 21st at 2pm at Altona Rhineland Pioneer Centre.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society or Heart and Stroke Foundation.
