Registration is underway for Turtle Mountain Bible Camp (TMBC) located between Deloraine and Boissevain.

Co-director Kathy Weir says numbers started climbing back towards normal in 2022 and with restrictions lifted she hopes to see even more people at camp this summer.

“Things are coming together nicely, and we have even more campers registered than we did in the past before the pandemic so that’s exciting.”

Weir adds they still have room for more kids, and they look forward to more registrations once spring hits and the weather warms up.

“We’re looking for staff as well, so we’ll need things like lifeguards cabin leaders, wranglers, maintenance workers and cooks. It’s always exciting to see how God puts all of the pieces together.”

“It’s hard finding workers because we lose some of the people, we’ve had for five years and then over the past two years we weren’t able to do our disciples in training. The ones stepping up make it exciting because we've had parents stepping up.”

TMBC’s main summer camps run through July and August.
